Green Beans

Today I bought Kloe a variety of baby foods.  Caiden was so excited that he wanted to pick what she ate first...green beans.

I was thinking she would not like them and wanted to start with carrots or sweet potatoes.  He was persistent so green beans it was.

She LOVED them!  She ate the entire thing, I mean we were scraping the container to feed her.

Caiden did a great job not only picking something she would like, but feeding Kloe as well!  He is such a great big brother and helper :)

Illinois & Kentucky

We just got back from our million mile (okay maybe not million but it felt like it at times) trip to Illinois and Kentucky to see all of our family.

We had a great time and I loved seeing the kids be able to play with their cousins and actually remember them all this time :)

On our 12 hour drive to Illinois on of our potty stops happen to take us to a memorable spot so I had to take a picture...can you believe how big that rocking chair is!!  John obviously took the picture and Ethan wouldn't get out of the car because he was to busy watching some superhero movie (shocker I know!) so Caiden, Kloe and I were the lucky ones!
While we were in Illinois we stayed with our cousins Pam and Shaun and their 4 kids...yep you did the math right we had 7 kids under one roof all 7 and under :)  Lets just say things never stopped!

John and I took Noah, Vaida, and Bryce with us to Sibley to visit more family.  When we got into the car John leaned over to me and said with a straight face..."We are good with 3 kids."  Then put the car in drive and we were off.  All I could do was laugh!
Then that night we had a cookout with some of my old friends/family and it was great seeing them and all their kids.  Put a smile on my face that now all of our kids were playing together.
Tuesday we stayed with my other cousins Kristin and Gaston Guerrero and their sweet baby girl Cora!  We were also able to meet Morgan and her boyfriend for lunch and Uncle Jimmy and Amy for dinner.   Yes we did lots and lots of eating!
Wednesday we headed for Kentucky where we stayed with Tiff, Jason and the girls.  All the kids were so pumped to see each other and played very well together!
We also got to help celebrate Abbie's 5th birthday.  I got to help assist my sister with the cake making...she is so talented!  Abbie was so grateful for all her presents and it was so cute to hear her sweet little voice every time she thanked someone.
Dad is Eliza's favorite person...little booger would barely talk to me, but when she saw dad she lit up!
FOUR GENERATIONS...
Dad entertaining the grandkids...
Had to take time to get group pictures.  Needless to say getting all the kids to look at the camera at the same time and be still has yet to happen with our group :)
The trip back was a long one, but everyone made it in one piece!  Can't wait to see baby Know #4!!!
