they are a reward from Him."

Update...what we wear to work, bath time, and whose the newest member of our clan!

Well, these are random pics, but I figured it was time for an update and lets face it our life is RANDOM!! Ethan is getting so big...he can sit up all by himself, he is starting to eat real food (crackers, chicken, noodles), and he rolls back-n-forth a lot and kicks his legs as if he were swimming. Now Caiden is an entire different story as you will see by the first pic. He now fits into the flight suit that daddy got him a year ago and loves to wear it!! He wore it all day Saturday, to the store, and everywhere! He says he is going to work when he has this on. AHHHH! He is starting to get the teenager mouth, "Leave me alone" "Stop that" "Don't touch me" "I can do" and the famous "WHY...WHY...WHY".

So now that Ethan is better at sitting up they are starting to take baths together. He loves his big brother and Caiden can always make Ethan laugh (and cry :)). Now Caiden just took a shower earlier, but if he finds out brother is taking a bath then what do you know his diaper and clothes are off (which he now does himself minus taking his shirt off still a mystery to him on how to do that). Oh and FYI...Caiden is starting to do really great at peeing on the big boy potty and just the other day he pooped in his diaper and took it off for me all while he is standing next t to the toilet! THANKS:)

So the DUCK is officially IN. We now can't sleep without him and we need to find back ups. He loves Duckie and chews/sucks on his arm!

So that is it in a nut shell. We planted a forest thanks to my father-in-law so hopefully we will have some wind break soon! Caiden still loves his tractor and talks about it all the time. He will just ride in circles around the house and just today he decided to drive over to our neighbors house with all the crazy dogs! Ethan is into the jumparoo still but would rather jump on your leg all day if you let him!

We live for the weekend!

Sunday the boys were sick so we stayed home from church. I was wiping noses all day. I finally just got a roll of toilet paper so I could keep up! Here are a few pics to document our play day.

Big E is now sitting up on his own and has found a new wrestling buddy.

Once again I had to see if we could pose for a pic. Don't worry I didn't let Caiden ride the horse with Big E on it. As you can see he was a little terrified. Caiden wanted him to ride on the back and hold onto his neck...I nixed that idea and compromise with him on the front.

After our nap we noticed that the wind chime was not moving (that doesn't happen very often out here!) so we jumped on the chance to go out. We walked the neighborhood and met some of the neighbors. Caiden made 2 new friends and they have kittens so you know he was loving them!

Potty Training YUCK!!

So Caiden really really wants to be a big boy! He always wants to wear pull ups as he calls them. So him and daddy played a trick on me and put them on over his diaper. We tried againt o wear them without a diaper on Saturday and he peed on my kitchen floor. Can someone just wave thier magic wand and make this part of his toddler stage disappear???

Dr. Suess Week

So there is this new place that opened up in Yukon that is an indoor children play area and they were celebrating Dr. Suess Week (I didn't even know there was such a thing) so they had a birthday party on Saturday. We invited our friends to come and had a great time!

Here Caiden and Ryleigh (Kenda's daughter) were making hats.

PIMP!!!

This slide was pretty big and really slippery. This was the first time he went down it, he went so fast that he hit his butt at the end. Needless to say that didn't stop him from going multiple times!

So everyday he amazes me...he can rock/wall climb on his own!

Obviously there was a cake and we sang Happy Birthday. Caiden sang the loudest out of every kid there. A parent even made the comment "Well, we all know he has sang this before!" Yep leave it to my kid to out shine the bunch!!!

So I tried all day to get him to take a picture with the Cat-n-the-Hat and he was scared. He has a thing with clowns and she kind of looks like one. Anyway after I had Ethan all tucked into his car seat Caiden decided that he wanted to take a picture with the cat. Now he can't stop talking about the cat's birthday...and if you have been around hi you know his obsessions last for awhile (ie Chucky Cheese!)

And the award goes to...

CAIDEN DALE BROWN!!!!

So we were bored and decided to go play upstairs in the playroom. Caiden is a natural entertainer and loves his gutair that Uncle Ted got him for Christmas. Watch and enjoy...hopefully you will smile and laugh as much as I do!

Boys Just Being Boys (Already!)

So the weather is starting to get nice and the boys are itching to play outside. They both are changing so much everyday!! Caiden is starting to really catch onto things...like the other day we were circling the parking lot waiting for daddy and in his 2 1/2 year old adult voice he asked "Mommy, what are you doing??" He talks so good now. You can really understand him and he LOVES to tell stories now. Oh and talking on the phone, all of you who he loves to call knows exactly what I am talking about! Ethan is rolling over like mad now. You put him on his back and it is an automatic roll to the belly. He is starting to talk more now too, but it isn't as clear as big brother :) Ethan is also starting to get some teeth, he loves to chew on everything, even the food Caiden tries to give him. YIKES! So once again here is a picture story of the last few days...

Big E was chillin' in his saucer while brother was riding his tractor. He did get to ride on the tractor as long as I was holding him and Caiden drove on the pavement.

Uncle Jeff decided that he was tired of wrestling with Caiden so he had Ethan go after him. Needless to say we had to rig it for Big E to win...after all he is younger!

This day mommy was wearing her hat so Caiden wanted to wear his! Oh and his backpack that Aunt Vega got him for Christmas. He is really starting to get into the whole school idea...hopefully that will last till he graduates!

I know everyone wants to see picks of the new house but you will have to patient until I get it all done! Next week is spring break and I should make headway that week!
